What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship from Fort Myers, Florida to all locations in the USA and Canada, plus countries in the world that accept US shipments! Packages are shipped through USPS.
$5.95 Flat Rate or Free if over $25 (Domestic U.S. Only)
- Insured & trackable through USPS!
- Same day shipping M-F for most orders received by 1 pm EST! (During peak ordering times, orders may take one extra day.)
- US & territorial island shipments only
We use USPS Mail International for shipments outside the U.S, including Canada.
- UPS Standard looks less expensive than USPS, but UPS charges brokerage fees at the time of delivery while USPS does not.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Shipping Time varies depending on the shipping method you choose and how far away the destination is from Florida. Refer to USPS for time estimates. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may experience delays.
- The day a package leaves the warehouse does not count as a shipping day.
- Orders leave our warehouse Monday through Friday.
- For most shipping options, only non-holiday weekdays count as shipping days.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?
No. We allow customers to place orders without an account. Accounts are recommended for repeat customers as the order, reorder and refund processes are more efficient with an account. Also, accounts are easy to setup.
